I have only used these for omelets so far but they work great. We do spray with a bit of Pam first -- but cleanup is easy. by flyfisher55

I always use non-stick spray I use the store brand of 34egg-beaters34 and get great results. I add other goodies to my omelet like onions jalapenos etc. by greeneyedlady
